
Refund Policy
Photo References
We encourage clients to bring 2–3 photo references of their desired look. Please keep in mind that many images online are edited, which can make colours appear lighter, brighter, or darker than they may be in reality.

At Hidden Hair Co, we will always be transparent about whether your goal is achievable within a single appointment. If it cannot be achieved in one sitting, we will advise how many sessions may be required to reach your desired result. We will then tailor the look as closely as possible to your reference photos, considering your unique hair type.

Adjustments & Service Policy
We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, if you have any concerns about the service you have received, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment by phone or email.

If you are not satisfied with the result, you must call the salon or email hello@hiddenhairco.net within 24 hours of your original appointment for a visual inspection. If adjustments are required, we will schedule you with the same stylist to make the necessary changes. These adjustments are complimentary and must be completed within two weeks of your initial service.

If we are unable to accommodate the adjustment within your preferred time frame, the complimentary appointment will be honoured at the next available time. Please note that while our salon may appear small, we accommodate many clients who pre-book well in advance.

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of your appointment, we will assume you are satisfied with your service, and no adjustments will be made thereafter.
