Refund Policy
Clients are encouraged to bring Photo reference of at least 2-3 photos. Please be mindful, some images presented are edited to make the appearance of colours lighter, brighter and/or darker.

We at Hidden Hair Co will be completely transparent as to whether we believe the outcome is achievable within the sitting. If unable to achieve the desired result we will advise on the amount of appointments it may take to get the desired outcome for your hair goal. We will then mimic the photo reference the best we can with your hair type.

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 24 hours of your service.
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon within 24 hours of your original appointment so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service.
If at the time we are unable to accommodate the appointment within the desired time frame, we will honour the complimentary appointment on the next available time. Although the Salon may seem little, there are many clients from near and far who pre-book their appointments.

If you do not notify Hidden Hair Co within the 24 hour time frame, we will assume you are satisfied with your service and no adjustments will be made thereafter.
