Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Did you know Hidden Hair Co is a family run small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available? The time allocated for your appointment is reserved for you.


When you book an appointment with Hidden Hair Co we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.


Our goal at Hidden Hair Co is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.


As a client when booking an appointment you will be required to pay a deposit fee, details of
which are as follow: 


DEPOSITS  ARE TAKEN FOR ALL HAIR & BEAUTY SERVICES AS PER OUR  BOOKING SYSTEM


Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you would ever loose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24hrs, don't show up for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.


To ensure the return of your deposit please advise Hidden Hair Co on 07 3299 6840 24hrs prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or re-schedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit. 


Any cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your  appointment time can be rescheduled and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. 


The rescheduled appointment must be made with in 4 weeks of your original appointment date, failing to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable and another deposit will need to be paid when you reschedule your appointment.  


This cancellation period will give your hairdresser a fair opportunity to fill your vacated spot. 
If you are using a gift voucher 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 24hrs notice.

For your convenience Hidden Hair Co do have answering services outside salon hours so you can call anytime. 
Hair salons like Hidden Hair Co find it almost impossible to fill cancelled spots at short notice.


Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Hidden Hair Co, their clients and team. We have found that the deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for our wonderful clients.


REMINDER SERVICE
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm via secure deposit payment via Fresha. We will then call you the day before to confirm your appointment. Hidden Hair Co reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. ‘No shows” will be required to pay 100% deposit for there next future appointment.
